The database is accessible by you in real time via a secure Webbased reporting interface. We collect all the information you need to make informed, timely decisions about allocating your advertising dollars and managing your staff, based on actual results.

Management System (SMS/800). DiamondCallTrak has 150,000 national toll-free numbers under management. As a DiamondCallTrak client, you pay only for the numbers you use, not a bundle of numbers. DiamondCallTrak numbers are “cleansed” continuously and tested by our Quality Assurance team before they are issued to clients. Numbers are not released for provisioning until our tests indicate that there has been no activity on the line for 30 consecutive days. Each campaign has a “begin” and “end” date — numbers are not recycled. Campaign numbers can be reinstated. DiamondCallTrak is one of the few call tracking vendors that will actually transfer permanent ownership of numbers to our clients.
